About Us
We are able to assist you either on the basis of our acting as your outsourced import manager, which allows you to take care of all the details on behalf of our clients, there are no up front fees and we only succeed if you succeed. Effectively we become your Chinese partner, based locally and fully accountable. Alternatively we are available on a fee for service "Consultancy" basis. The choice is yours.
SOURCING Our service is totally transparent and we’re flexible. Whether you’re looking to have complicated component parts manufactured, a complete product made to your design or simple off the shelf products sourced we can help.
We don’t charge up front fees and we effectively become your partner in China taking care of all the details. We arrange for quotations, finalise negotiations, establish and implement specific Quality Assurance, take care of any Intellectual Property issues and deal with the factory on a day to day basis, and it’s all guaranteed.
CONSULTANCY We work on a fee for service basis and can assist as required where we will carry out as much or as little in order to meet our clients needs. Consultancy is usually a good option if a company is new to importing from China, significant volumes are anticipated in the short term and you have experienced staff to handle the ongoing day to day liaison with the Chinese manufacturer.
Generally we would begin by locating suitable manufacturers, arrange for quotations, assist with negotiations, ensure Q.A. procedures are developed and implemented, I.P. issues are resolved and generally ensure that you get it “right” first time. Alternatively we can simply assist with Quality Assurance, Legal Issues etc as required to meet a client’s requirements.
