SANEC Refund Policy
SANEC Pty Limited will provide a full or partial refund in the event that the service offered by SANEC is not delivered. SANEC will not provide any refund where a client does not follow the advice given by SANEC as documented in Reports, Up Date Reports or other correspondence, including emails and facsimile.
Products Sourced from China & Quality Assurance
SANEC always recommends that an independent firm
of Quality Assurance Inspectors is engaged to
carry out an inspection of goods upon completion
and prior to shipment, and issue a Quality
Assurance Certificate and report. Where a report
fails the inspection report the buyer can elect
as follows:
1. Reject the goods and receive a refund.
2. Accept the goods without any rectification
being carried out.
3. Accept the goods after rectification has been
completed by the manufacturer.
Where a product/s are sourced from China and SANEC is instructed NOT to arrange for a Quality Assurance Inspection to be carried out, and the goods are found to be faulty, NO refund will be provided. Any goods damaged during shipping will be replaced, repaired in Australia or the full cost refunded. Options are at SANEC’s discretion.
